About Jo Condrill
From vision to victory is not just a turn of phrase. It is the story of Jo Condrill's life. She learned to "walk her talk" while making tracks away from difficult circumstances toward a more empowered future. She had no money, no job, no way. But she did have a vision.
And what a vision! She eventually attained the position of Deputy Division Chief for Logistics Plans and Operations with the Department of the Army at the Pentagon.
Translation: Jo was a non-military, female supervisor of civilians and military officers - people who preferred to be out with the troops, not in desk jobs. (Talk about team-building skills!) When she left her job in the Pentagon, she did so with the highest civilian honor the Army can bestow.
In the trenches she learned how to set goals to support her vision, created consensus and commitment, shared the rewards and the joy of victories that result when an entire team dreams the impossible dream.
Today Jo is an internationally known speaker, author and consultant. She presents workshops, seminars, and keynotes for trade associations, corporations, and government agencies. Most of all she is a leader who knows that moving ahead must include coming from behind. Then, and only then, can we inspire others to do the same.
